The scriptures inspired by God‘s Holy Spirit tell us in Proverbs 14:12
There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.
It’s very important we know the truth about what happens after we die. Trusting in lies can be very costly in this life but even more so regarding where we will spend eternity.
The Scriptures tell us in 1 Cor 6:9-10 Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God.
Also in Romans 3:10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:
And Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
The Scriptures warn us not to be deceived. We are all sinners some worse than others but we have all sinned and deserve God‘s judgment. There are all kinds of other narratives and ideas out there but God always speaks the truth in love. In God’s love he has made a provision so our sins can be forgiven and we can be restored back to fellowship with him.
The Scriptures tell us in John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
It’s important that we believe what God said while the door is open and God’s Holy Spirit is convicting us rather than trusting in the lies that originated with Satan and will lead to eternal damnation. There is a spiritual battle for our souls. Time is getting short and God‘s judgment is coming.
2 Thes 2:9-12 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, and with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
It’s very important we make the right choice and believe in the truth while we still can before deception is allowed to overtake us. It can be very dangerous to continue to reject the truth. We are not promised another chance or another day.
Gen 6:3 And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man….
1 John 5:10-12 He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son. And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.
John 3:36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.
Rev 21:6-8 And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely. He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
The Scriptures tell us in that we must be born again to enter the kingdom of heaven. You can be born of God today, have your sins forgiven never to be mentioned to you again and become a new creation by placing your faith in Jesus Christ.
John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
1 John 5:4-5 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God.
2 Cor 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
Ezekiel 33:16 None of his sins that he hath committed shall be mentioned unto him….
Isaiah 1:18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.
Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
This is the truth concerning every person that has ever lived. This is what God said! It does not matter how good or how bad we have been! We all need to come to God on his terms if we want our sins forgiven and to know that when we die we will go to heaven instead of hell. We all have a choice to make if we’re going believe God and what he said or we’re going to believe something contrary to what God said and trust in lies instead.
Jesus the son of God made provision for our sins to be forgiven by his blood he shed on the cross and rising again from the dead. We need to repent and receive Jesus while God is speaking to us and knocking on the door of our heart.
Rev 3:20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.
There is no neutral ground. Jesus said:
Matt 12:30 He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad.
Acts 17:30-31 And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men everywhere to repent: Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.
God has made his position very clear. What we each believe will be a decision that will have eternal ramifications!
Rev 21:27 And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb’s book of life.
Rev 20:5 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
Friend let me plead with you to not put this decision off but receive Jesus the Messiah, as your Lord and Savior today by choosing to believe what God has said so you will have your name written in the lambs book of life before judgment day comes. It will be too late after death to decide.
Hebrew 9:27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:
God’s word is truth! Man’s word may or may not be true but you can be sure God’s word is true!
Num 23:19 God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good.
Psalm 188:89 For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven.
John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
John 17:17 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.
John 1:29 The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.
1Jo 1:5-9 This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us [our] sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Will you receive Jesus the Messiah as your Lord and your God? Do you want your name written in the lambs book of life? You can do that right now by praying a simple prayer in your heart between you and the Lord.
Pray: Lord Jesus I thank you that you died on the cross for my sins, shed your blood and rose again three days later from the dead, paying the penalty for my sin. I confess I have sinned against you and ask that you forgive me of all my sins and cleanse me from all unrighteousness. I receive you now by faith and open the door of my heart for you to come in that I may be born again as your child and follow you. Cleanse me and fill me with your Holy Spirit.
In Jesus name I pray. Amen
If you prayed to receive Jesus as your Lord and savior. You can know that you have eternal life and your sins are forgiven because of what God, who cannot lie has said.
1 John 2:25 And this is the promise that he hath promised us, even eternal life.
Psalm 103:12 As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.
